Problem:
The client received an automatic payment notification and is unsure if it is necessary and what it is for, specifically questioning if it is for the WPML plugin premium or for assistance.
Solution:
We informed the client that their WPML account renews automatically every year, which provides access to new versions of WPML and our support services. We advised that if the client is not interested in these benefits, they can cancel the renewals. We also noted that the client is using outdated plugins and that the renewal allows them to update the plugins to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. We recommended checking the latest released versions under My Account -> Downloads on the WPML site and provided a link to the update instructions: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. Additionally, we reminded the client to backup their database before proceeding with the update.
