I ran several troubleshooting steps but the issue persists. I suspect there might be a third-party functionality causing this problem. For this reason, I would like to ask you to follow these steps:
- Create a full backup of the site or create a staging site with a copy of the live site
- Flush all the cache memory
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins
- If the issue disappeared, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit
Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need our help in the future with WPML. We will be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Carlos
