arunV-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to enable the legacy WPML Translation Management plugin to access the Tools tab for manual translation group assignment on my site hidden link. Symptoms: I am unable to access the Tools tab for manual translation group assignment because the legacy WPML Translation Management plugin is not enabled. Questions: How can I enable the legacy WPML Translation Management plugin?

You should not enable it, since Translation Management is now part of main plugin and you do not need addon. Please make sure you are using latest versions, and then you can access normally Translation management and tools page. If you have any specific issue let us know and we will be glad to help.
