This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where their WPML license appears as expired on a new domain, despite having deregistered the domain from an old account.
Solution:
If you're encountering a similar issue, we recommend checking under Plugins → All Plugins in the “Commercial” tab on your WordPress site. Here, ensure that you have unregistered the old license key and entered the new one. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please visit our known issues page at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Did you also remove the key under Plugins → All Plugins in the “Commercial” tab?
There you can unregister the old key and enter the new one.

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi,

The domain is the same in both of cases.
So, I don't know what to do in this situation.
There was no option to remove the key, because it displays the error message.

Thanks!

Hi,

yes, even if the domain is the same the site key would be still from the old account. I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

✙ Please add the Links to the […] Edit Screen, the Page/Post where you insert the […] and the corresponding Front End Page/Screen

Best Regards,
Marcel
