Tell us what you are trying to do?

Plugin stopped working because my domain changed.
I thought too simply. I deleted the previous site URL that was in the "Register WPML on your sites" menu and added a new changed domain URL. I also deleted the plug-in and reinstalled it, but the site key is not working. please help me
- Previous domain: hidden link
- Changed domain: hidden link

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

Have you tried to register with a new key for the new domain? :

Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)

- Delete the key for the site

- Go to plugins-> Add new-> Commercial tab

- Click on "Unregister WPML from this site"

- Click on "Register WPML"

- Click on "Get a key for this site"

- Register the site and enter the new key

Please let us know if this works.

Furthermore, we would like to ask you to enable debug information for this matter, which will provide us with more insights about your website. You may refer to this link for instructions on how to do this: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Looking forward to your response.

Hi, Ilyes!
Thank you for your reply.

I tried to follow the method you suggested, but I couldn't find the "Unregister WPML from this site" button. (Attach a screen capture image of the Word Press Plug-in)

And I also tried to activate debug information, but I couldn't find the "WPML" menu in the left menu of WordPress admin, maybe because I deleted and reinstalled the plug-in before I asked you. Is there any other solution?

Hello,

You couldn't find the “unregister” button, because apparently WPML is actually unregistered,

Ignore that step and do the following :

- Click on "Register WPML"

- Click on "Get a key for this site"

- Register the site and enter the new key

Please let us know if this works.
