This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was using the PopUpAnything plugin to add button text and heading text from the plugin settings and wanted to translate this text using WPML. They attempted to duplicate and overwrite the content with the WordPress editor.
Solution:
We initially suggested that there might be a compatibility issue with the PopUpAnything plugin, as it was not listed on our compatible plugins page. We recommended searching for the strings in WPML -> String Translation and, if not found there, to look in the Translate texts in admin screens section. We provided a guide on how to do this under "Translating Admin and Settings Strings" at this documentation link.
However, the client decided to switch to using the Elementor Pro plugin for popups and managed to resolve the issue.
