We received a response from PayU stating that the setup is complete and that payments can now be accepted in euros on the website, but I still don't see this option on the English version of the website.

Yes, it doesn't seem to be active yet. I am checking this with our compatibility team and will keep you posted as I am not sure why the configuration still fails.
PayU support told me to add the codes to WooCommerce -> PayU settings. After adding them, I see a duplicate PayU payment option in the English version. I've reported it to them; perhaps they'll find a solution. I'll get back to you with a response. Thank you.
