Hi, i have small problem with translate static strings on my home page. It seems they are not shows in wpml options.
As you can see on screen shots there are not any display on home page.
How can i fix this?
I checked the homepage and could not see any clue what it means.
From what I know Webflow is another platform so I am not sure how it is related to WordPress.
Maybe if I can check the homepage in the admin myself I can get a better idea?
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
To be able to help on that I need to have context.
For example if you check the attached screenshot, it is the code which is generated in HTML that contains the string ou mentioned, but it does not give me any clue how that string is added.
- Is it added directly to the content of a page in WordPress using the WordPress block editor or some sort to page builder?
If yes, which page builder so I can follow up as in this scenario the string translation will not help and you should check the page translation itself.
- Is it a custom code added from a theme or plugin?
If that is the case, you will need to make sure that the custom code you used has the gettext function for the string:
So as you can see, there are many scenarios and I need more details to know what to do next. I'd appreciate it if you tell me how that string is created so I can help.

Thank you for the login information. For the homepage you use a plugin called Udesly App which is not compatible with WPML.
You do not use the standard WordPress Gutenberg blocks.
That is why you do not see the texts in the translation editor.
You can check this page which you used the standard WordPress method and it works ok:

I checked the homepage and the front end editor that the Udesly plugin provides can not be used with manual method too as there is nothing to work on in WordPress itself.
I suggest that you contact the Udesly plugin developers and ask them to contact us to make their plugin compatible with WPML:
