Background of the issue:
I want to translate the products on my site hidden link to Norwegian using WPML, but the attributes from the English product are not copied over to the Norwegian product. I have read the documentation, but the choice WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is missing on our site.

Symptoms:
Product attributes are not copied over to the translated products. Additionally, when we update the WPML main plugin, the site crashes.

Questions:
Do I have to add product attributes manually for all products, or is there a way to copy them over automatically?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Thanks for sharing the credentials. When I take your site down to minimal settings (only WPML and WooCommerce), I no longer see the attribute icons on the frontent (hidden link). Which plugin are you using to display the attribute values? If you are using an Elementor template, please tell me the name of the template so I can investigate further. Thanks!

We are using attribute image plugin called WooCommerce Attribute Images to show the attribute value.

When I activate the WooCommerce Attribute Images plugin on the staging site, I am getting errors. Please see the attached debug log in the staging site for more details. I suggest reaching out to their plugin support to get the errors resolved, so that I can activate the plugin. As of now, I am not able to see the attribute images on the frontend to test further. Let me know once that is resolved and I'll continue troubleshooting on the test site.
