Hi, If you go to hidden link and click any product the url of the product is incorrect. In the url the product base is /yogakleding but in EN it is /yogawear. The same thing is happening in DE. Already tried saving permalinks but didn't solve the issue. How can I solve this? Cheers, |

Hi, I tried all the steps you mentioned however the problem still persists. When switching to the english language and then clicking yoga wear in the menu will bring up the correct URL. Click any product and the url reverst back to /yogakleding/. When you click an alternative product within a product (see image 3) then the internal link brings a 404 (image 4) as the URL doenst match. Please let me know how to proceed or if you want to check yourself. |

Hi Jaap, As the issue persists, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hello Jaap, I have checked and am happy to inform you that the issue is resolved now. Please check this video for a better understanding: hidden link I cleared the Object caches from your site and added the English base URL again. After that, resaved the permalink structure and that solved the issue. Please check and let me know if there is anything else you need help with. I will be happy to assist. Best Regards, |

Hi Prosenjit, Can you do the same for live (same pw)? I've tried clearing object cache and removed product base translations and re-added them, saved permalinks. Didn't solve the issue. Cheers, |

Hello Jaap, I checked your site and can see that the Product Base URL is showing correctly in the English language. Please check this screenshot[ hidden link ] for a better understanding. Could you please check by clearing the caches from your site and browser as well? If possible, try from a different browser. Rest assured, the Base URL is showing properly now on the main site. Let me know if you need any further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |
