I’ve noticed that the product's post type is set as “Translatable use translation if available or fallback to default language” from WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation section. This option will display the original content in all languages if a translation does not exist and the filters can only work/display if the products and their taxonomies are translated/duplicated into a secondary language.

I’ve created and duplicated one test product in a secondary language and now the filters display correctly as you can see in the attached screenshot: hidden link

You can duplicate your products in bulk from the WPML >> Translation Management page and the duplicated products will always show the original content and get overwritten automatically if the original content changes.

Here is a doc for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-pages-and-posts-in-bulk

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you for your cooperation

Thanks for trying it. Can you please try to follow the below steps on the staging/test site and let me know how it goes:

1. Please take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.

2. Duplicate/translate all the default language products into a secondary language.

3. Please ensure all the taxonomies/attributes assigned to products are translated/duplicated into secondary language.

4. I suggest you please set the “Translatable only show translated items” for the “Products (product)” post type from WPML >> Settings > Post Types translation section so that it will display the same number of products in the secondary language with/without filters.

5. If the issue persists, please try to follow the Sync steps as follows:

5.1. Please go to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and press the below buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- [Products] Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Set language information

5.2. Please go to WooCommerce >> WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes tab, select each attribute one by one and press the "Synchronize attributes and update product variations" button if it's enabled.

5.3. Please go to WooCommerce >> WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories tab and press the "Synchronize Product categories assignment in content" button if it's enabled.

5.4. Please clear all sorts of site/server cache and see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue still persists, please share the staging/test site frontend link where I can see this issue.

6. Regarding, the product title direction issue, I’ve noticed that the dir css property is assigned correctly to the product name in the Arabic language, the text is in the English language and it’s centered aligned which is why it seems like this, if you write the text in Arabic it will show from right to left correctly as you can see in the attached screenshot. You can see more details here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11010635/right-to-leftrtl-english-words-display-in-html

Please note that we limit one issue per chat/ticket as per our support policy, If you need further assistance with text direction issue, please feel free to create a new chat/ticket for this issue and we would be happy to help.

Thank you

Sorry for having an issue with the Arabic menu, it’s a different problem and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/encountering-an-error-while-adding-the-arabic-menu/ and we will continue working on the above ticket for it.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
