This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with incorrect product images in the English version of their website after duplicating a product and updating its details. Additionally, there was confusion about what '7 left' means next to the 'Duplicate terms' option in WPML.
Solution:
First, we recommended editing the primary language product and clicking "Update" to resync the data to the translated product. If the images still appeared incorrect, we suggested clearing the cache using the "Clear the cache in WPML" button found in WPML > Support > Troubleshooting. For issues related to missing brands on translated products, the solution involved resaving the product in the original language and retranslating it to ensure all data is correctly synced across languages.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Please record a screen tutorial for me! Much appreciated.

Additionally, the translated brand slug should not include extra identifiers like “-en.” For example, it should be just “anna” instead of “anna-en.”

Before the brand issue occurred, my translated brand slugs did not have this problem. The original language brand slug was “anna,” and the translated brand slug could also be “anna.”

Thank you for your help!

Is there a way to batch assign translated products to their respective brands? I have over 300 products, so I shouldn’t have to update them one by one, right?

Thanks for your reply. Could you try submitting the products for translation using the Translation Management? Use the automatic translation. Also, it shouldn't charge you any credits as you've already translated it earlier.

I still updated all the products one by one, and they are now correctly assigned to their respective brands.

So, all issues should be resolved now.

Hello Kor Supporter, I noticed that the shipping tracking field in my order management has disappeared. Could this be related to a plugin being deactivated?

I’ve tried to find the issue, but so far, I haven’t found a way to enable it.

Thanks for your reply. I don't remember deactivating any plugins. Could you check the screen options shown in the attached screenshot? I marked it with a red arrow.

Thanks for your reply. That section could be from WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin. Please check that plugin.
