Hi Boris,

We are still working on this but cannot access the live site's backend now. It shows the following warning.

Fout: de gebruikersnaam **** is niet geregistreerd op deze site. Als je niet zeker bent van je gebruikersnaam, probeer je e-mailadres in plaats daarvan.

We need access for proper testing due to the automatic translation feature, but we will not make any changes to the live site.

So please share the access. I am enabling the private option for the next reply.

Thank you for the updates. I can access the backend of the staging site (hidden link) with the credentials shared in the following thread.

But now unable to access the backend of the live site (hidden link). The live site shows the following warning while logging in. Please check.

Hello,
that is correct.
we created a 100% copy of the live website. This is the staging site to which you now have access.

We restored a backup to the live site, so ypu do nit have access there anymore.

The staging website contains all the issues and errors of the live site I reported. Please do all your testing there.

Hi Boris,

We are still working on this. I had a few rounds of testing on the staging site, specifically the steps described in the following ticket, after upgrading WordPress and plugins (including WPML) to the latest version. But not able to replicate the issue exactly here.

When we reported the issue to you, we froze all wpml activity on the live website, so we do not know.

We conducted detailed testing across different systems, IPs, and browsers, but sorry we were unable to reproduce the issue exactly. In our testing, it also worked fine with the following products.

Therefore we have a request. Could you please share a screencast to help us better understand the issue, particularly which product content is being automatically translated? This would greatly assist us in our internal communication.
