This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is concerned about the status of their translation credits after resetting WPML and whether they need to wait for more credits to translate their website.
Solution:
If you're experiencing concerns about your WPML translation credits after a reset, we recommend checking the assignment of your credits. You can manage and assign your translation credits to your sites as outlined in our documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#assign-automatic-translation-credits. It's important to note that if you've already used some credits for translations, the total available will be lower.

If you're unsure about whether you need to wait for additional credits to continue translating your website, please provide more details or a screenshot of the issue you're encountering so we can assist you better.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

1)I would like to ask you something more please. In my first translation i used some credits but after that i disabled and reset wpml and started over. These credits are still remaining in my website or i lose it? Because i see that know i have less credits than the first time i translated.

2)Second i saw this in my wpml translation. That means that i have to wait to translate the website or because i don't have all the credits that need the wpml doesnt translate the content?

Hi,

1) The credits are assigned to your account. You can move them as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#assign-automatic-translation-credits. Keep in mind that it's already lower as you had already translated some jobs.

2) It seems you wanted to add a screenshot here, which is missing. Please check this, so I know what you want to show here. Thank You!

Best Regards
Marcel
