Yes we had added the code from the errata page. However, this is a workaround and doesn't let you investigate the actual source of the problem. I have now commented out this code so that you can look at the site in a "native" configuration. |

Hi, I'm still not able to see the issue on the live site. If you are experiencing the same issue as in the errata, then the code from the errata is more than a workaround. Since it is an edge case, where we can not know which plugin is causing the issue, it is also a fix. But we are still not sure if this is the same issue. Have you checked for any PHP errors, as I suggested? Tommorow, I'll check the staging site to see if I can replicate the issue and find PHP errors. I'm also consulting our second-tier supporter regarding this issue. I'll keep you updated. Thanks, |

The live site is running with the errata code, which will stay until / unless we have a better solution. It does seem to improve (and possibly solve) the issue. The staging site was also using this code until disabled about an hour ago, in response to the previous comment. For testing, please check the staging site. Thanks again for your support. |

Hi, I've just checked the staging site and found that the 404 error occurs when the combination of the following plugins is active. - WPML The code from the errata solves the 404 error. I'm consulting our second-tier supporter on how to proceed with this issue. I'll keep you updated here. I appreciate your patience. |

Hi, Given the current conditions that the PixelYourSite plugin that is causing the issue is not officially compatible with WPML and that the provided code is fixing the problem, we will not further debug this issue. Please keep using the code from the errata page. Best Regards, |

As previously reported, we disabled that plugin and the issue persisted. We are not using that plugin any more. The issue is not resolved. Thanks, |
