Hi, I just saw that there is a site listed that I'd like to remove: hidden link
(bottom one, see screenshots).
Does "6235 credits assigned" mean, that the page has used those credits so far or can it still use then? If it can still use them, can I move the credits to nuukk.com?
The credits shown beside the site URL indicate that the credits are available for use on that site. That means, 6235 credits are available to use on the site "hidden link".
Hi the problem is that I don't have access to the slingshots-sports-com site. It's not registered here either - see screenshots. It just appears in the credits and I don't understand how I can move those credits to one of my pages and delete the slingshots-sports.com site from my WPML account.
Hi There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
Upon checking our system, I found that the "moved" status is tagged with the domain you've mentioned. This means one of the registered sites has been moved to the new domain, which might be why you're not seeing the domain in the list, but it appears in the credits section.
Since you don't have the option to delete the site, you can click on the "Add/Remove Credits" button and remove the credits from the site. Once you remove them, they will be automatically added to your WPML account. You can then assign the number of credits as needed to another website.
Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Then I see this and if I click on the blue link "WPML Translation Management" I get forwarded to the Slingshots website to login there. As I said: I don't have access to it.
How do I delete the site key? Were do I find this in my WPML admin?
Since you're having trouble removing the credits from your account, I have removed the credits for you. These credits(6235) should now be available in your WPML.ORG account, and you can assign them to another site.
As I mentioned in my previous message, it appears that one of the sites was copied over to "hidden link". Since a new site key was not generated for that site, the site 'slingshot' is not showing up in the list. If you remember which site was moved to the Slingshot domain, you can access the backend of that site and remove the site key from there. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove site keys from our system.
Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else if you need help with. I will be happy to assist.
Hi Prosenjit , thank you. I just checked. The credit amount of 6235 has been removed from slingshots but it's nowhere to be seen now. How can I allocate it to a different site?
Andrea
Hello Andrea,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding as I was on vacation.
I have transferred the credits to your WPML.ORG account, adding to your total credits there. Previously, you had 60,000 credits in your WPML.ORG account. After moving the credits from the Slingshot site to your WPML.ORG account, you now have 66,235 credits.
