Background of the issue:
I once made different home pages for different languages on my site hidden link. Now I would like to use one page which keeps the same formatting for all languages, which is then translated through WPML.

Symptoms:
I need to reset the home page to be multilingual after previously using different home pages for different languages.

Questions:
How do I reset the home page to be multilingual using WPML?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

If I understand correctly, you would like to disconnect the translation of a page from the original version.

You can disconnect the translated page from the original by following the instructions in this documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-disconnect-translations-from-the-default-language-page-or-post/.

If this is not what you meant, could you please provide more details? Screenshots can be very helpful in clarifying your request, so feel free to use the "upload an image" option below the comment area if you'd like.
