Hi,

Our second-tier supporter looked at your code and said he didn't see any apparent reason for it to be the problem. He added that the problem might be in other third-party plugins or custom code. To help you further, we need one of the following from you, please.

Option A is for you to provide detailed steps to replicate this problem.

Option B is for you to replicate it on our sandbox site.

Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.
