Hey,

Our website address was hidden link now we totally moved our website to hidden link. hisseliharikalar.com is only a redirect now.

But wpm thinks that we were in harikalar.com before and we ar now on hisseliharikalar.com so it asks for the migration code which I can not obtain.

Can we fix this?

Hi,

This indeed looks incorrect and should not be showing.

From the debug information you supplied I can see that the WordPress memory limit is set to 40MB. You should increase this to 128MB, as that is the minimum requirement for using WPML in the best way.

Yes, my mistake. It is in WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting -> Your Automatic Translation account id is (there is a "troubleshooting" link in the Support page).

Also, after you increase the memory requirements, we may need to start troubleshooting. Please confirm that you have a working backup ready.

The Automatic Translation id is correct.

After updating the memory, if the issue persists, please do the following:
- Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and click "Clear the cache in WPML"
- Follow the migration wizard, selecting "No" and clicking "Continue"
- If after this you encounter any issue, re-registering (un-register, then remove sitekey, then re-register) your site will probably resolve it.

Also, I would like to request a Duplicator package and admin credentials for it, so I can pass it along to the development team and they can figure out why this happened.

I have set your next reply to be private so you can share credentials there.
Remember that it is always better to create a new admin user for me, then when we are done you can delete it.
