Thank you, I can see that your WP Memory is below the required limit. May I install a file management plugin that will allow me to increase the memory? I'd also like to enable the debug log, because the site won't allow me to add myself as a translator.

Please also send FTP access so that I can correct the wp-config.php file. I have marked the next reply as private so you can use the secure fields. Thanks!

Thanks so much for sending the information. What I found was that if I created a new test page (WPML test), the content showed up as expected and I was able to translate it. Please see here: hidden link

Since I was unable to add myself as a translator (which is an issue that will be resolved with the release of 4.6.6 and has a workaround here https://wpml.org/errata/disappearing-translator-list-in-wpml-4-6-5-on-multisite-installations/), please test the following EXACT steps on the existing page. Do not click the pencil icon to translate, you must follow the steps exactly as outlined below.

1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps.
2. Edit the default page. Make any small change and update the page.
3. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and send this page to the translation basket. Tick the checkbox, scroll down and click translate, then you will see the translation basket tab.
4. Click the translation basket and send the page to yourself as a translator.
5. Go to WPML -> Translations and take and translate the page. Save the translation 100%% and then let's see if the correct content shows.

Please let me know if this displays the content in the translation editor. If not, try installing the Yoast Duplicate Page/Post plugin (it is free) and duplicate the page. Then, send it to translation and let's see if the content shows then.

I ran the update for WPML because the issue with adding translators was resolved with 4.6.6. I also could see the Home+ page in the translation editor, but I don't see the strings. Please create a test page and add some of these features and see if you can see them in the translation editor. If that works, try duplicating the homepage, or deleting the homepage translation, remove it from the trash permanently, and start the translation from scratch. Let me know the results.

No, it shouldn't cause any problems .Did you test wiht a new page to see if it works? I just want to make sure it works as expected in case you use these features on a future page.

Please try creating a brand new page and add some features. Then send the new page to translation and let me know if you see the content in the translation editor.
