This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You've added English as a second language to your website and followed WPML's instructions for translating slides in Slider Revolution. However, the Slider Revolution doesn't display on the English homepage.
Solution:
We've identified that the issue is related to the compatibility between the Porto theme and the Slider Revolution plugin. This problem persists even when WPML is deactivated. To resolve this, please go to Porto > Speed Optimize Wizard > Revolution Slider and disable the "Optimize Revolution Slider" option. This adjustment should allow the slider to display on all pages.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi Athanasios,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site so I can take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

I got the issue. It is the compatibility between the Porto theme and Slider Revolution plugin, even if I deactivate WPML, it persists.

Then I go to Porto > Speed Optimize Wizard > Revolution Slider > Disable option "Optimize Revolution Slider" and the slider displays on all pages.

Please apply the changes on your production site and let me know if it helps.

Thanks.
