I am working on french translation of marketrolet.pl Unfortunately I don't know why, icons from header are missing on translated pages (home page, etc.) - check the red strip on top of page (social icons missing) and just below red strip should be woocommerce icons (wishlist, cart, etc.)

No documentation. I use Woodmart theme.

You can see my "progress" here: hidden link

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS, String Translation, Elementor, and Woodmart Core.
2- Switch for a moment to the WoodMart parent theme.
3- Check the icons in both languages.

If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue.

Thank you, please let us know.

Hi,

Thanks for quick reply. I disabled all the plugins but 4 you mentioned to leave enabled. I also switched to Woodmart Parent theme. Unfortunately it didn't help. Shall leave the plugins disabled and Woodmart Parent theme chosen ?

Regards

Marcin

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I'll be following up on this ticket. Please restore your site, no need to deactivate anything anymore. I have visited the French domain and checked the browser console and found out that this arises due to a Cross-Origin Resource Sharing(CORS) Policy as you can see in the attached screenshot.

We advise you to show the error message to your hosting support so that they will allow you to access the font files from one domain to another.

One of our customers also suggested the fix for this issue, you may give it a try after taking a backup: https://wpml.org/errata/elementor-custom-fonts-cause-cors-policy-issue-with-different-domains-per-language/#:~:text=issue%20very%20easily%3A-,Header%20set%20Access%2DControl%2DAllow%2DOrigin,-You%20could%20either

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.

Thank you
