one part of the footer became chinase and not possible to edit the footer any more

Hello and welcome to WPML support. I tried to check the website front end but unfortunately, it is under maintenance, and I do not have access.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also I have the questions below:

- Did you use WP Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets to add the footer of your website?
- Or did you use WP Dashboard> Elementor > Editor. If this is the answer, please tell me the name of the Elementor Template you used for the footer.
- Also if you used Elementor, there should be a place in the theme that you selected the Elementor template as the footer. I need that option too.
