Problem:

I didn't fint the dropdown menu the option from Hungarian to German

Is it possible, that this option is not available between this languages?

I also tried to translate my content from English to German, but I didn find any automated translation oprion, neither the bulk otion, nor this option within the single page.

Solution:
The reason they were not copied over is because a lot of custom fields are set to "Not Translatable", there if you want to copy them over you need to switch them to "Copy".

I have set most of these fields to "Copy" now for you, please test and let me know.

Then where ready you can bulk duplicate your events through the Translation Management dashboard.
