Problem:
The client is trying to display both English and Spanish flag icons in the menu, but only the English flag is showing up.
Solution:
1. We recommend verifying that all pages are fully translated. A pencil icon in the language column of the Pages tab indicates complete translation.
2. Ensure that the translated pages are set to the 'Published' status.
3. Check the Language Switcher settings under WPML > Languages. Confirm that 'Current Language' is checked in the created language switcher.
