Tell us what you are trying to do?
We have a translator that goes into the website and translates our spanish side from content on the english side. Over the last few months some of the pages have reverted back to english even though they were already translated (on the spanish side). Now, some english content cannot be seen from the spanish side to be able to translate it.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
no
Is there a similar example that we can see?
no
What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. While you await one of my colleagues to address your ticket, allow me to offer initial debugging steps to assist with resolving the issue promptly.

1) Kindly verify whether the translated page is marked as "duplicate" on the primary language page. You can find detailed instructions on this process here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#duplicating-content . If it's set as duplicate, the translated page will always copy the contents from the primary language page

2) Regarding the contents not appearing in the "Advanced Translation Editor," it seems you might be utilizing custom shortcodes from the page builder. You'll need to register the shortcode to ensure its visibility. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/register-page-builder-content-for-translation/

I hope these steps help in resolving the issue. Let me know if you need further assistance.
