Hello,
it seems I have the same problem, but I can't find “Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories” - neither in WPML -> Settings -> Taxonomies Translation, nor in WPML -> Taxonomy translation.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Could you please try to follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Go to the WPML >> Settings > Slug translations section.
2. Make sure to enable the “Translate base slugs of custom post types and taxonomies (via WPML -> Taxonomy translation).” option and press the Save button.
3. Then, please reload the page and click on the “Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories” link under the Taxonomies translation section.
4. Save the settings without making any changes

Here is an errata page for more details:
https://wpml.org/errata/product-category-links-do-not-use-translated-slugs

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you

Hello,
thank you for response, it indeed works well.

However, is it possible to keep Product slugs not translated?
So that I can have URL website.com/en/product/product_name, website.com/fr/product/product_name, and not website.com/fr/produit/product_name?

Glad to hear the 404 error on category pages is solved now.

For product slug problems, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/is-it-possible-to-keep-product-slugs-not-translated/

If the 404 error issue is solved, please mark this ticket as resolved and we will continue working on the above ticket for it.

Thank you for your cooperation
