This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to translate certain strings on their website, specifically the promotional code "Use code 'GET10OFF' to get up to 10% off all products" and the copyright notice "© 2025 xinshengmanufacture.com - All rights reserved".
Solution:
We advised the client to search for these strings in WPML -> Strings Translation. If the strings were not found there, we recommended checking our guide on finding strings that don't appear on the String Translation page at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/.
Upon further investigation, we located these strings in the Admin Text Translation screen and moved them to WPML -> Strings Translation for the client to proceed with the translation.
