1.hidden link is not translated.
2. On same page if you click any of the link like hidden link on new page top menu will not have the langage selection option.

WPML features only different Menus per language, and not per page or post. I believe you can achieve that using Elementor's Header Builder feature, by adding conditional logic to decide where a specific header should be shown or not.
