Please elaborate a little more so I can be better of help. Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit so if you like make use of "upload an image" below the comment area.

Hi Audrey,

My client tries to extend their subscription.

However, when they click to extend the subscription, the message says the subscription is active, and will auto-renew on 11/1/2024.

Please let me know what you can see on your side for this.

Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback.

It's possible that the website you are referring to is registered with an old key.

Please follow these steps:

1) Unregister your current website by going to Plugins → Add New and click on the Commercial tab. Then click on "Unregister WPML from this site". https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-remove-the-this-site-is-registered-on-wpml-org-as-a-development-site-notice/#what-if-the-notice-still-appears-after-moving-to-production

2) Generate a new key on wpml.org where you have an active subscription.

3) Register the website with the new key.
