This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to correctly set the template elements in their navigation menu after translation. They followed previous instructions, but these did not resolve the issue.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to confirm the use of TemplateMela plugins and the avanam-furnex theme.
2. We set up a fresh WordPress installation for the client to replicate the issue, ensuring that the latest versions of the theme and plugin were installed.
3. The client was instructed to edit the translated element in TemplateMela, setting 'Display On' and 'Visible To' to 'UNSET'.
4. The client needed to access the editing screen of the element, click on the 'Edit Anyway (Not Recommended)' button, and then click on the 'Element Settings' button.
5. They were to set 'Show On: Entire Site' and 'Visible to: All Users', and then save the changes.
After these steps, the translated menu should function correctly on the front end.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

I have translated many of my assignments. Please tell me how to set the template elements in my navigation menu correctly.
I tried to follow the method taught by my previous staff, but it didn't work.

Hi,

In this ticket, we will deal with the mega menu template issue. For any other issue, please open a new ticket in our support forum.

I've carefully watched the video you shared and followed the same steps. I could set the mega menu in German to the Menü Produkte German template. Please see the attached screenshot menu-produkte.jpg. However, on the front, when hovering over Producte, the section is empty. Please see the attached screenshot no-content.jpg.

I think this mega menu feature has been added to your site with the TemplateMela plugins and the avanam-furnex theme that you are using.
Can you please confirm this?

To help further, we need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the required theme and plugin and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation?

I already configured WPML to have English as the default language and German as the second language.

Please also make sure that you are installing the latest version of the theme and plugin.

When everything is finished and you can replicate the problem, please let us know.
Important! Do not import your site to the test site. We must replicate the problem on a fresh, clean WordPress installation.

Regards,
Itamar.

This is the theme I purchased. It only allows one website to use it. It shows that the style is missing. If you can rewrite the code file, you can try to change it.Or find the problem directly on my website

Hi,

I was able to solve this problem. Here is what I did.

1. Edit the translated element in TemplateMela. (You will be able to see that it Display On [UNSET] and Visbile To [UNSET]) Please see the attached screenshot edit-translated-element.jpg.

2. When you get the editing screen of the element, click on the 'Edit Anyway (Not Recommended) button. Please see the attached screenshot edit-anyway.jpg.

3. Click on the Element Settings button, and set Show On: Entire Site and Visible to: All Users. Then click the Save button. Please see the attached screenshot element-settings.jpg.

Now, when you refresh the translated pages, you will see that the translated menu works. Please see the attached screenshot, ok-on-the-front.jpg.

Please follow these steps and confirm that the problem is fixed.

Regards,
Itamar.
