This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with your English contact page not displaying and only showing the Swedish version, it might be due to a missing plugin.
Solution:
We recommend installing the WPML Multilingual for CF7 plugin to ensure full compatibility between WPML and Contact Form 7. You can install this plugin by navigating to Plugins → Add New → Commercial tab in your WordPress dashboard. After installation, you can start translating your forms by following the steps outlined here: Using Contact Form 7 with WPML.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Hi @Andrey,

However, I still can't get the English contact page hidden link to show. It might be something related to Cornerstone. Whichever way I try to work around and fix it, it still shows only the Swedish version.

I'd love to send you a private message with my login info.

I wasn’t able to access your contact page this time. I’m getting the following message:
“Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner.”

Should I use a VPN to access it from a specific country?

Also, have you installed the WPML Multilingual for Contact Form 7 plugin? This plugin is required to ensure compatibility between WPML and Contact Form 7.

To investigate this further, I’ll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a staging site where the issue can be replicated.

When you log in to leave your next reply, you’ll find the required fields below the comment area. The information you enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

Thank you for providing the access details.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to log in because Wordfence is blocking me. I’ve also tried accessing the site using a VPN from different countries, but I’m still encountering the same issue.

Could you please check the Wordfence settings or temporarily disable it so I can log in and proceed with the investigation?

Thank you for the update.

I’ve reviewed your setup and noticed that WPML Multilingual for CF7 plugin is still missing. This plugin is required to ensure full compatibility between WPML and Contact Form 7.

Please install it by going to Plugins → Add New → Commercial tab. On this page, you can also update WPML plugins. I have attached the screenshot for your review.

After installation, you can translate your forms by following these steps:

OK, thanks. Did that. Now the CF/ form is correct but I can't get the headline KONTAKT to become CONTACT on the Enlish page. When I try to do it, the page design defaults back to standard template withe a sidebar etc. It shoudl be full width with Head & Footer.

Thank you for your feedback.

I cannot find the template named "full width with Head & Footer". Could you please show me in the screenshot where you are choosing it?

I mean the default WordPress page layout. Even though I set it to blank fullwidth with header and footer backend, it automatically switches to WP default normal template. I have to make the change in YSWYG front end Cornerstone in order to make it work. But it doesn't stay like that if anyone makes any changes backend. Also, it doesn't work properly with the English translation of the contact page.

Thank you for your feedback.

I ran some additional tests and can confirm that the Classic Custom Headline is still not being translated. Since it isn’t part of the contact form, this appears to be a separate issue.

To make sure it gets proper attention, I’ve created a new support ticket for this case, and I’ll continue assisting you there:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-cornertone-classic-custom-headline-is-not-translated/

Regarding the template behavior, it seems to be unrelated to WPML and more likely connected to Cornerstone itself.

I’ll follow up with further details in the new ticket.
