Hello,

We successfully imported the product on the production server with all plugins enabled, including WPML Export and Import and WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace.

I suspect the issue on the staging server might be related to ATE, as we were previously able to import products there without any problems, but suddenly the import process started failing.

Hello there,

The import process is not related to ATE, it's unlikely that the process is failing because of that. The behavior of the importing process is not consistent on the staging version, we still don't have any confirmation that the process is failing because of WPML. Besides that, the performance of the website as a whole is low, so there are other more probable candidates to be interfering in the importing process.

In this case, I think it's best to focus on the provided solution, on the other ticket. Can we proceed there? Since the staging version is not stable, please create a local copy so you can test the solution properly.
