My footer is a not translated and does not appear in the strings, how do I add this to the strings.

Please provide more details on how you created your footer.

If you used Divi to create your footer, please refer to this article for instructions on translating the Global Footer:

If you have already completed the translation but it is not displaying correctly on the front end of your site, please try the workaround mentioned in this errata: https://wpml.org/errata/divi-global-footer-translation-is-not-displayed-upon-changing-the-default-language/, and see if that resolves your issue.
