Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

I understand the issue you're having. I checked our Subscription management system and it appears the site was recently moved to a new organization(it's a unique ID for each site in our system), while the pay-as-you-go subscription remained active in the previous one.

Please be assured that the Pay-as-you-go subscription isn't activated in your current organization and you'll not be charged. However, the key from your previous organization is still being used after moving your site to a new organization, which might lead to issues with translations or automatic translations. It's recommended to delete the existing site key, create a new one, and then register your site with this new key. Check the guide below to understand the process.

- Unregister WPML from the site: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#unregister
- Register WPML: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register

I hope you can understand. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance and clarification in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
