This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing discrepancies in stock levels between different language versions of the same product, such as seeing different stock counts in English and Greek for the same item.
Solution:
First, ensure that you have installed the 'WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency' addon. You can do this by navigating to Plugins > Add new > Commercial in your WordPress dashboard and installing the addon.

Once the plugin is active, it should automatically synchronize stock and prices across different languages. If the stock levels still do not match, try updating the stock on the original product, as this should correct the stock levels in all languages.

Additionally, check your settings under WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation to ensure that stock synchronization is configured correctly. Also, visit WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Support to verify there are no configuration issues.

For more detailed guidance on translating WooCommerce products with WPML, please read our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi Andreas,

I have just found another issue:

The stock level for the 7 tile block in English shows as 8, whereas when one switches to Greek for the same product, stock level shows as 6?????

Hello,

Usually tehs tock should always remain in sync, which means once you translate a product the stock is copied and from there on the will remain in sync, no matter in which language a product has been purchased.

Updating the stock on the original product should usually set the stock directly in all languages. Same counts for the price.

This behavior is controlled by custom field's at WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation.

Could you please revise WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Support for any config issues and send me a screenshot?

Best regards
Andreas

I do not know what you mean by 'revise' Woocommerce

From my Dashboard, I have - what is shown on that screenshot.
I do not have WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Support

Once the plugin is active it will make sure that stock and prices are synced between products.

If this is not the case, simply updating the original product should solve the issue.

Please give this a test.

Further, please read this documentation about how to translate WooCommerce with WPML:
