This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with synchronization in WPML with Crowdin. There were three pending jobs that could not be processed or cancelled, specifically related to the 'Dark Homepage' and a 'Borrower Loan popup BTN'. The synchronization seemed to be stuck, and attempts to manually finish or cancel the jobs were unsuccessful. Solution: We resolved the issue by following these steps: 1. Navigate to WPML > Translation Management. 2. Select 'Dark Homepage' and send it for automatic translation to Dutch and Polish. 3. Go to WPML > Translations and approve the translations. This approach typically resolves issues where translations are stuck. We recommend trying the same steps for the 'Borrower Loan popup BTN' that was also mentioned.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Hey, our hosting provider got the server side issues resolved. Now there's still the issue of Sync with Crowdin
I've uploaded a screenshot, where there are 3 pending jobs, which I cannot do anything with.
1. Borrower Loan popup BTN (in menu) - Status: In progress - Needs update
2. Dark Homepage -> EN -> PL - Status: In progress
3. Dark Homepage -> EN -> NL - Status: In progress
What did I try to do ?
- I tried to finish synching batch for Dark Homepage - doesn't work.
- I tried to cancel job number 1. Borrower Loan popup - doesn't work.
- I tried canceling jobs number 2. and 3. - "This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs"
It seems the syncing is stuck...
Could it be job number 1. that's the blocker here ? THat's the reason others won't sync either ?
The issue here is that we want to get Dark Homepage synced, but it's not working. It's all done on CrowdIn side.
Could the issue here also be that we tried to send only couple of translation pages, but would need to send them all at once ?
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
I accessed your website, and noticed that WPML and related plugins are all inactive. Besides that, I'd like to install the Duplicator plugin, to create a local copy, so I can debug the issue without compromising the functioning of the live website, but was unable.
I'm sorry, but we are using a multisite, to navigate around, I included the pictures, where you can see everything is added and active.
We have Duplicator already installed, go to Network Admin tab. Also the main site in question is Bondora, not Bondora Group.
Please refer to the pictures. You are already set as admin (the pictures taken with the same user I shared access to ) .
NOTE! Do not network activate WPML (it is already activated on proper site hidden link ), it will break the other site otherwise.
Please refer to your tech team for assistance with multisite as general.
I apologize. Very often users forget to send us admin access, and I thought this was the case. Thanks for clarifying.
So, I was able to unstuck the translation, by following these steps:
1. WPML > Translation Management;
2. Selected Dark Homepage and sent it for automatic translation, to Dutch and Polish;
3. Went to WPML > Translations and approved the translations.
The issue is solved now. Usually, when translations are stuck, you can simply re-send them to translation, and that solves the issue. Please try the same solution for the pop-up you mentioned.
Let me know if the website is working as intended now.
Hey, that's awesome that it was unstuck, but I still don't see the translated page hidden link . It's all in English .
I understand it's resolved by sending it to automatic. Now, I should try and resend them to CrowdIn again to actually get the translations in or what do you suggest ?
I'm not entirely sure, but I think the Dark Homepage Item I re-sent to translation was actually a template, and not the homepage itself. In this case, you can resend the home page to automatic translation. If you're using CrowdIn, you can resend it to CrowdIn 🙂
