Like I said, It's from the theme's default footer builder.
I already fixed it.

Can we talk about the megamenu content I mentioned?
Thank you

Here's the problem again:
the translated navigation menu on all pages doesn't have the dropdown menu I created on the original nav menu using elementskit. I'll attach a screenshot of the original and what I get on the translation pages.
I tried to enable the megamenu content for the translation menu all to no avail

Hello,

we can continue with this new ticket.

1) How did you create the default menu and add the mega menu feature to it? Did you do it via Appearance > Menus?

2) If so, click on the pencil icon and go to the 2nd language menu, from there do the same steps and create a template for it.

Let me know if that doesn't help.

Drazen

the main menu was created using the normal Appearance -> Menu. I've had the main menu translated and it displays.

However, the dropdown was custom created using elementskit megamenu. This doesn't translate with the menu and therefore the menu shows as having no dropdown.

I try to do this manually, however when I click on enable megamenu and try to edit the content, I'm presented with
'{"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method.","data":{"status":404}}'

If I try to save, it keeps loading and actually don't save.

This is not so on the original language menu.

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

I have checked on the test and it seems to work fine, so probably something specific to your website.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
If possible please provide access to the staging website, not production.

Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue further.

I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any.

I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.

You can safely add your information into these fields.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

I was able for Elementor to open by settings language URL as per their docs, but still settings don't save.

- hidden link

I would need FTP access to disable other plugins or staging sites.

If that is not possible, let me know if it is okay to take a copy to check further.

Drazen

Hello,

our 2nd tier checked and found that you have enabled the mode "Track where strings appear on the site" in the WPML String translation.

When disabled, the mega menu mode is saved and working fine.

You can continue to build your mega menu for 2nd language and save.

If you have any other issue feel free to open new ticket and we will be glad to help.

Drazen

Actually; unticking 'track where strings appear' didn't fix it

I got a solution of changing the permalink structure from another supporter which worked.

However, I have to create each mega menu for each of the language I'm trying to translate manually.

Also, the menu images I added with the plugin 'menu image' didn't also duplicate and I have to do those manually as well.

Hello,

I mentioned changing the permalink structure in a few replies above and that this fixed the issue partially, as the saving option was still not working.

As for your comment, yes you need to create all the same manually for 2nd languages.
