Hi Alina,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.

I have created a separate ticket for this case to make follow-ups easier and to avoid discussing multiple topics in a single thread. This will help us support you more effectively.

Please check the attached image. I encountered this error multiple times today while reviewing posts, products, and site settings.

We are using a similar staging setup on Cloudways and have experienced a similar issue there as well. So, just to confirm, are you seeing the same conflict on the live site?

It would be very helpful if you could share the SFTP credentials for your staging site, as this will assist us in troubleshooting the fatal error more effectively.

I have enabled the Private Reply option for your next response to securely share the details.

Hi Alina,

I have conducted detailed testing on our local copy, which involved creating posts, translating them, updating both the posts and their translations, and duplicating the posts along with their translations. However, I was not able to reproduce the following warnings.

parse_str(): Input variables exceeded 2500. To increase the limit, change max_input_vars in php.ini. in

PHP Warning: Undefined array key 6841817 in

I also tested this on your staging site, but was not able to reproduce the issue exactly. According to the debug.log file, these warnings have not been recorded since the last week of July.

It appears that upgrading to the latest plugin and theme versions, along with increasing the PHP configuration values, has helped resolve the warnings.

Therefore, could you please check if the issue still occurs on your side? If it does, kindly share the exact steps to reproduce it.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi Alina,

An update. I was able to reproduce the following warning while updating and translating old posts on your staging site. It appears that the issue does not occur with new posts.

HP Warning: Undefined array key 6870369 in /***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/addons/wpml-page-builders/classes/Shared/tm/class-wpml-tm-page-builders-field-wrapper.php on line 121

I will run further tests and get back to you as soon as possible. Please wait.
