This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are unable to find where to switch from automatic to manual translation and cannot see options to translate the footer, header, appointments, and filters.
Solution:
Translating templates in Elementor, such as headers and footers, requires a different approach than translating other content. We recommend reading our guide on translating Elementor templates: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates. It's important to read the entire guide as it addresses many common issues with Elementor that other customers have experienced. Additionally, ensure that your content is set as Translatable in WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

The procedure of translating templates in Elementor ( Like header and footer ) is different than the other content.

Please read carefully our guide here :

https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates

I would suggest reading the whole guide because many problems, customers might have with Elementor, can be solved by reding this guide.

Also, please carefully Crocoblock's documentation on the subject. Note that you must set your content as Translatable in WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation.

Let me know if you have further questions.
