This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needs to translate the footer widgets.
Solution:
We recommend going to WPML > String Translation and searching for the text added in the footer widgets. Once found, the client can proceed to translate them. For more detailed instructions, please check out our guide on translating widgets using String Translation.
