This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the field to input a Vimeo video link in languages other than English when using Elementor on their website.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend searching for the Vimeo video link using the search field at the top-right corner of the Advanced Translation Editor. Once found, you can translate the links accordingly. For detailed guidance, please read our documentation on translating external links: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/#translating-external-links.
Ensure to review all translations with missing links and insert the corresponding Vimeo video link for each language.

HI!

Thank you!

No, I do not have any caching active on the site.
I finished all but one page of translations today.

I also found something else regarding Elementor. I have a Vimeo video on the home page. In the English translation there is a field for the Vimeo video link and I was able to put another url here. Unfortunately, this field is not available in the other languages. I have no idea why this is the case.

Many thanks in advance
Birgit

Hi Brigit.

To translate an external URL you must first searched for using the search field at the top-right corner of the Advanced Translation Editor. Then you will find the links to translate. Please see the attached screenshot. Please alsoread about it in our guide here.

I checked the French trnaslation and could see that the link is not translated. Please go over the translations with the missing links and insert the link to the corrisponding Vimeo video.

I believe that this indformtation will help you to solve this problem. If so please mark this ticket as reasolved.
