[Resolved] Split: WPML notifications not being receveid.
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is not receiving notifications and experiences delays in displaying translation changes, despite clearing WordPress cache, browser cache, and deactivating hosting CDN. Solution: We recommend checking the notification settings in the top bar of the ticket conversation.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
I'm still not receiving notifications. Only the one tell that the ticket is going to be closed if I don't post any response.
I'm always having the same problem. Some translation changes are displayed immediately, other take hours/days to display, even after wordpress cache clearing, browser clearing and hosting CDN deactivation :

The tests we did were done on another hosting provider. Do you want me to duplicate the website on a server from the same hosting provider than this one ? Or do you have any other ideas ?
Thank you for sharing the information. As I said, it seems everything is correctly set up there. Please check in the top bar (as per the screenshot), is you have the right setting for the notifications.
