1) Of course, through the following link you can see a video of the duplication and the creation of the problem. Link: hidden link

2) You can open a new ticket for us on the subject of this second problem.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply.

In the last support ticket, you mentioned the possibility of using external plugins that would allow us to duplicate the product from the secondary language to the third one.

Can you give us further information on this topic, such as recommending which plugin and the fastest and most effective way to solve this problem.

Thank you.

Hello,

maybe I haven't explained it correctly, it is not possible to duplicate it like that.

What I suggested is manually creating a clone of your 2nd language product and then manually changing the language of this product and connecting it to translation.

Example video with Duplicate page, but you can use any

Thank you for your reply,

the problem is that we have approximately 5000 products on our store. It would take a very long time to manually edit and change the language 1 by 1 product.

Is there a possibility to change the language in bulk? Or some other alternative to this problem?

Thank you.

Hello,

I am afraid I do not see any other possibility, You can try to check our hooks and try to come up with a custom code solution or hire a WPML contractor.

One of the hooks you can use:

But since you are using the product, which might have connected variations, this would probably require further work and re-adding of product variation to now new default language product and resaving them to sync for other languages.

Another idea, that comes up, is exporting all content and then re-import them but now as default to another language.

- https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/

but that would also require for all taxonomies, and attributes to be created before import in the correct default language.

Hope this helps.

Drazen
