I installed Sticky Links Plugin onto the website and have concerns from the company development team here. They tell me that:

“Sticky Links” and a few others for multilingual translation and SEO. I believe they are causing our text url strings to convert from word slugs to ?/page_id=###

They also looked in the support forums and it said that you have to "If you want to remove the plugin, you can first revert the changes, yes, from the same page you showed us on the screenshots attached by you. then you can disable the plugin and delete it"

We have only installed it - we haven´t made any changes with it - if we delete this plugin is it going to clean up that ?/page_id=### issue that it is causing?

I have just met with one of your onboarding specialists and have it clear that we do not need this plugin but we need to make sure that when we take it away that it is not leaving behind a mess that will need further cleaning. What do we need to do to uninstall this correctly?
