Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

Your message contains two issues related to the string translation, and I will help you solve both.

For the case where the strings are registered under the incorrect language, you can select them and change the default language within WPML -> String Translation as described in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-change-the-source-language-of-strings/

Regarding the issue where you can't find the strings in WPML -> String Translation, I kindly ask you to follow the steps in this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ and let me know if you were able to find them.

I will be here in case you need more assistance.

Best regards,
Carlos
