Hello,

The jobs that you create inside the WPML Translation Management will need to be accessed at WPML > Translations.

WPML > Translations is the Translatiojn Queue which mainly is dedicated for translators to access the jobs, that have been made available for them, as translators usually do not have admin permissions and restricted access to the backend.

You do not really need to take those steps if you are an admin and translate the site yourself.

First, you need to translate the menus:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

You can create the menu translations automatically at WPML > Menus Sync which will create all menu entries, as long the pages that you are linking to are translated to 100% and published.

This WP Menus Sync will not work for custom menu items.

You will need to get translate custom menu items directly inside the translate menus at Design > Menus or on WPML > String Translation.

Please let me know if you do have further questions.

Best regards
Andreas
