Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Sometimes, these messages can be false positives that get stuck, and we can verify this by following the steps below:

1. Please attempt to remove the warning message by clicking the small 'x' icon on the message.
2. Afterward, refresh the dashboard to check if the warning message persists.

If the message disappears, then everything should be in order. However, if the issue persists, please inform me so that we can further address it.

To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience

Thanks for providing the access to your site. I logged in to your site and went to the WPML >> String Translation page and I can’t see that warning message at my side. Is there any specific steps that trigger that warning?

Thank you

Hello Noman,
Strangely, the message disappeared today. Maybe your intervention scared him off :))
