String translation not working

The string I need to translate is: 'Please verify your email to submit withdrawal/Deposit request...'. Go to WPML → String Translation. 2. Enable "Look for strings while pages are rendered". 3. Navigate to the page where an untranslated string is displayed. 4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered. 5. Translate the string. https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ But first of all, you need to update your WPML String Translation plugin to the latest version. You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/ If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab. Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.
