This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that after updating to the latest versions of the Buddyboss platform and Buddyboss theme, some translated strings were not displaying correctly on the frontend, despite being translated. The usual method of deleting the strings and rescanning the plugin was not resolving the issue.
Solution:
We provided the client with instructions on how to translate strings from the Buddyboss platform by directing them to our documentation:

The issue was resolved by updating WPML to the last version (v4.6.10).

If the provided solution is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

There is a number of strings in the lates update of Buddyboss platform 2.5.80 and Buddyboss theme 2.5.70 needs and update.
Can you please assist?

Hi Marsel
We have translated most of the BB platform/Pro and the Theme. However the lastes version of the BB platform and Theme breaks some strings. Even if the string is translated the original language is showing on the frontend. I usually solve this kind of problem by deleting the string and scan the plugin again. That solution is not working now.

Hi Arild,

1) Can you please help me with any screenshots/videos (you can use loom.com or monosnap.com) so I can better understand the issue?

2) Would it be possible to check if the issue happens in a minimal setup, meaning:

- keep the theme you have
- keep active only WPML Plugins and must-have plugins
- disable all other plugins

After, check if the issue is still happening.

I would suggest you try checking in a staging site.

Note: Please make sure you have a full backup (files & database) before trying anything on your website.

* Can it be that the strings you are having issues with are from the parent theme?

Hi again
Sorry for the late reply. If you have a look at the attached photos, you will spot a number of english words. This are all BB strings that are translated, but with the lates update og BB Platform and Theme, this strings are not working anymore. As I metion, I have scanned the plugins again.
Maybe some DB tabels has changed?
